Sales Information Nipomo Village (Tract 2399) is the newest residential subdivision in Nipomo. It is located 1/2 mile from Downtown Nipomo, approximately half way between the communities of Arroyo Grande and Santa Maria Nipomo Village includes a series of two-, three- and four-bedroom units which have been especially designed for first time homebuyers, new and expanding families, and buyers that want their own special piece of Nipomo.
