Nipomo Village (Tract 2399) is the newest residential subdivision in Nipomo. It is located 1/2 mile from Downtown Nipomo, approximately half way between the communities of Arroyo Grande and Santa Maria

Nipomo Village includes a series of two-, three- and four-bedroom units which have been especially designed for first time homebuyers, new and expanding families, and buyers that want their own special piece of Nipomo.

Nipomo Village is a two-phase project that includes a 59 unit initial phase. 13 three- and four-bedroom single family units and 46 two- and three-bedroom townhouse units are under construction, with the first 20 of these units completed and available for sale beginning in May, 2002.
